Welcome to Towrunner. Please take a few moments to read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively referred to as the “Towrunner Platform”).
By accessing or using the Towrunner Platform, you agree to follow these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users — whether you are browsing, creating an account, requesting roadside help, or providing services as a professional provider.
Towrunner is a digital platform that connects users in need of roadside assistance with independent, verified service providers (“Providers”). Through the Towrunner mobile app, users can easily request services such as:
Towing Services (Flatbed, Medium & Heavy Duty, Motorcycle, and more)
Battery Jump Start Service
Tire Change
Lockout Assistance
Fuel Delivery
Winching and Recovery
Flooded Vehicle Rescue
Towrunner itself is not a towing or roadside company. We do not own tow trucks or directly provide services. Instead, our role is to connect you with nearest professional, licensed providers who deliver these services on demand. All services are agreements between you (the user) and the independent Provider. Towrunner does not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services.
To use Towrunner services, Download the towrunner app, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. This may include your name, contact number, payment details, and vehicle information.
By registering, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years old, or legally authorized to act for a business entity.
All information you provide is truthful and current.
You will keep your login credentials confidential and be responsible for activity on your account.
Towrunner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, or violate these Terms.
When you request a service through the app, Towrunner matches you with the nearest available Provider. Once a Provider accepts your request, you’ll receive details such as their name, vehicle type, and estimated arrival time.
Please note:
Providers may choose to accept or decline any job.
You must provide accurate vehicle and location details.
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, cancellations, or extra fees.
Towrunner processes payments on behalf of Providers using secure third-party systems. When a service is requested:
A temporary hold may be placed on your payment method for the estimated cost.
Final charges may vary if service conditions change (for example, longer distance or complex recovery).
Payment is processed once the service is completed or canceled per the cancellation policy.
All transactions are digital — Towrunner does not accept cash payments.
You can cancel your request within 5 minutes of dispatch with no fee.
After 5 minutes or once a Provider is en route, the following applies:
Before arrival: A $30 non-refundable fee will apply.
After arrival or if you’re not present (GOA): The full quoted amount will be charged.
If details were inaccurate and you cancel: You may be charged the full quoted amount.
These measures ensure fairness for Providers who allocate time and resources to reach your location.
Service prices depend on the information you provide during booking. If your actual situation differs (for example, location accessibility, severe conditions, or vehicle type), Providers may adjust the fee accordingly. You will always be informed before any extra charges are applied.
By using Towrunner, you agree not to:
Share your account or credentials with others.
Misuse the app for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Interfere with other users or the system’s performance.
Provide false or misleading information during service requests.
Towrunner reserves the right to restrict access or terminate accounts for violating these rules.
Towrunner acts only as a connecting platform. We are not liable for:
The actions, performance, or service quality of Providers.
Delays, damages, or losses during service.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
If issues arise during service, you should address them directly with the Provider. Towrunner support may assist with communication but cannot issue refunds or compensation on behalf of Providers unless verified under policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Towrunner collects only the information necessary to provide and improve our services — such as your name, contact number, location, and payment details.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Towrunner may update these Terms from time to time to improve user experience or meet new legal requirements. When updates occur, we will post the revised version with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
